At Jamour Original Volcanic Block Factory, we strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction and provide high-quality products. According to the Consumer Protection Policy of the Ministry of Commerce website, we are committed to the following conditions regarding exchange and return:

1. Terms of exchange and return:

• Return period: The customer may request a replacement or return of the materials within (7) seven days of receiving them. No request will be accepted after the materials have been installed or after this period has passed.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is not allowed to request cancellation, replacement or return of materials due to differences in the quantities or meters required, as the customer alone bears the responsibility of determining the quantities and meters required.

2. In case of product defect:

• Immediate reporting: In case of defective items, the customer is requested to contact us immediately before the driver leaves. Please provide us with photos of the damaged items.
• Complaint Procedures: We open a formal internal complaint, and our engineers visit the customer's site within 24 hours to assess the issue.
• The solution: Based on the engineers' report, we will either cancel the order, exchange the materials, or return them as per the customer's request.

3. Shipping and Fees:

• In case of defect or malfunction: If the reason for the return is a product defect or a company error, no additional shipping fees will be charged.
• In other cases of recovery: The customer is charged shipping fees and bank transfer fees.

4. Product return terms:

• Condition of goods: The merchandise must be in its original condition, not installed or used.
• Original packaging: The goods must be packed in their original packaging.

We at Gaamor Factory are committed to replacing defective or faulty materials within (10) ten working days from the date of receipt at our factory. If we are unable to replace them within this period, we are committed to refunding the full amount paid to the customer.
